I believe most women don’t struggle in business because they lack talent, intelligence, or ambition. They struggle because growth requires a kind of psychological steadiness that is rarely talked about - but constantly needed.
I’ve worked with so many capable women who know exactly what to do next, yet find themselves stuck in start-and-stop cycles: overthinking, stalling, losing momentum, or quietly doubting themselves right at the edge of expansion.
I also believe business success should not come at the cost of burnout, constant self-pressure, or feeling like you have to force yourself through every next step.
That’s why my work focuses on building psychological infrastructure - resilience, self-regulation, hopeful momentum, and follow-through - so your growth becomes consistent, sustainable, and real.
Learning Design & Behaviour Change:
I spent over a decade designing learning experiences that help people not just understand concepts, but implement real change.
Project & Information Management:
I bring structure, clarity, and a practical systems mindset — because progress needs more than insight, it needs follow-through.
Applied Positive Psychology (Master’s degree in progress):
My work is informed by research on resilience, hope, strengths, self-efficacy, and the psychological capacities that support long-term business and personal success.
Teaching, Coaching & Facilitation:
I have years of experience guiding individuals and groups through meaningful learning, reflection, and action.
This combination allows me to support women business owners in a way that is both deeply human and highly practical — helping you build the inner foundations that make business growth sustainable.
My work is different from traditional business coaching in a few key ways:
Psychology first, strategy second: We focus on the inner capacity that makes strategy usable, not just theoretically “good.”
Evidence-based, not hype-based: Everything I teach is grounded in applied psychological research, not hustle culture trends.
Structured support for real follow-through: This is about consistent implementation, not endless insight or inspiration.
Designed for the messy middle: I work with women who are already capable — and want to stop circling the same growth edge and finally move forward.

I'm head over heels for travel – new experiences, tantalizing cuisines, and all the smells and sounds that come with them. I wrote the first version of this website cosied up in a charming cafe in Bali, back in the day...
Started small, took a detour to the bustling streets of London for 13 years, and now? Kent's my cosy haven. Surrounded by nature, lakes, and a lively bunch of ducks, swans, and geese. It's a little slice of tranquillity close enough to London's buzz.

Reading is my jam. I've got a growing collection of inspirational books, and guess what? Two more are on their way as we speak. I'm that person with 3-4 books in hand simultaneously – a literary multitasker!

Took on the challenge of learning the ukulele at 39, and let's just say calling myself an intermediate player is a tad ambitious. But the joy of learning this quirky skill is contagious. And let me tell you: UAS (Ukulele Acquisition Syndrome) is a thing! – So I'm pretty proud that I've only got three ukes... at the moment.
Writing is my secret sauce. Dreamed of being a novelist (who knows, it might happen!), but for now, it's my go-to for brainstorming new products or unravelling a tangle of emotions. Plus, it's the perfect excuse for hoarding beautiful planners and stationery – a girl can never have too many!

Despite my love for books, planners, and ukuleles, I've got a bit of a minimalist streak. Blame it on eight months of globetrotting and living out of a suitcase. Not a hardcore minimalist, but I pay attention to what I let into my life. I even shared my minimalist journey in an article.
